Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and provide the following estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- USA: 4–6 business days
All delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to delays caused by customs processing. In particular, USA deliveries may experience additional delays due to US Customs. These delays are outside of our control and may result in delivery taking longer than the estimated timeframe.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct and complete at the time of placing an order.
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to circumstances outside of our control, including postal delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.
